I can't say enough about the value that the incredible folks at Eyevertise have added to my practice by designing the Web site of my dreams at an amazingly low price. I've been in practice for over 25 years, and I don't think I've ever enjoyed a business relationship as much or benefited from one as much as the relationship I have developed in the last couple of months with these creative, talented, hard-working, and caring folks.
I first learned about Eyevertise from an e-mail advertisement. My old Web site needed a dramatic overhaul and I'd been quoted very high prices by other companies who really wanted to plug me into their "formula" design process instead of developing something to meet my specific needs. I liked Eyevertise's straightforward "pitch" and called them. Their field representative came to my office within a day of my telephone call. He explained their design process and full-featured hosting services clearly and succinctly. I loved what I heard and I loved what I saw when I checked out the many sites they've designed for others. But, knowing what some companies had quoted me, I braced myself for the price. When the rep showed me the quote -- I seriously thought he had forgotten a zero! I wrote a check on the spot and we were off and running.
To be honest, I had pretty low expectations given the price. I figured, "Well, at this price, how can I lose?" But, the fact is -- they blew my expectations out of the water. I couldn't have asked for a better site for my practice at any price. I have all the bells and whistles at a price I could easily afford. I love it. My staff loves it. My established patients love it. And it's drawing new patients into the practice every day.
The process started with an energizing "kick-off" conference call with the entire design team in which I was given the opportunity to lay out my needs and my vision for the site. Instead of trying to box me in like so many other companies I'd talked to, Eyevertise started with a "sky's the limit" attitude. A couple weeks later, they presented a beautiful design. They spent whatever time I asked of them to refine the details. They also took it upon themselves to add movies, statistical monitoring tools, e-mail features, on-line scheduling features, and optimization strategies that I wouldn't have even known to ask about.
I'm pretty tough to please and don't get excited too easily. But I'll tell you I LOVE these guys, their work, and their seamless melding of state-of-the-art technology, over-the-top work ethic, and good old fashioned personalized service. Do yourself and your practice a favor -- call them!
