SMS & Text Messaging (Message Our Team)

When you use our “Message Our Team” feature on www.eyevertise.com, you communicate with us through a web chat on our website during posted business hours. You voluntarily submit your message by using the form; we do not require you to opt in to marketing text messages to use this feature.

Authorized Eyevertise team members may receive internal SMS alerts on company mobile phones so they can see new web chat messages and reply during business hours. Those operational texts are sent only to authorized staff, not to website visitors as promotional SMS.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Message frequency for staff operational alerts varies based on web chat volume. Message and data rates may apply for individuals receiving SMS on a mobile device.

Website visitors are not added to an SMS marketing list by submitting a web chat message. If we ever send optional marketing texts to consumers in the future, we will do so only with appropriate consent and opt-out instructions.
